some rumors turn out to be true and it is certainly possible that what some believe, based upon the facts available to them, also will one day be known as a fact to the rest....:)
What do you mean by "Tier 1 investors"? As long as NEOM trades on the OTCBB, mutual funds, pension funds, and large hedge funds will never invest in this stock.
robotified.... the problem with NEOM is that for the last 5 years that I have been an investor, it has ALL been about rumors and dot connecting. As we sit down here after a slide from .70's, it is clear that rumors and dot connecting does not pay off and 99.9999% of the rumor mill was dead wrong.
Heres to hoping that a new dawn has arrived at NEOM's HQ and that the need for rumors and dot connecting will be a thing of the past.
It would sure be nice to know what is going on in NEOM HQland.
Onward and upward would sure be nice, but......... there is always a but with NEOM. :)
So--let's look at the root of your concern. So you have seen patents that become worthless which appeared to be A-OK.
Why did they become worthless? Was the patent either not defenseable or was a work-around uncovered? Did the company BK?
I won't get into the BK but let's briefly look at the other factors.
It appears things bode well for the patent's ability to win an infringement suit given the recent events which have transpired. Would you disagree?
If you know a work around that doesn't negate some of the strenghts which draw brand managers/marketers, let me know. I'm sure you could make a boatload of moneys.
