unfortunately "you believe" and "rumor" doesn't hold much water with Tier 1 investors.

we need cold, hard facts and revenue, son.

i "hope" it happens too, but i've seen patents like this make it all the way through, and then they end up being worthless for one reason or another.

happens all the time.
