LOL, TA was ungagged 11/17 for quite a while and gagged again for the aquisitions and still is, guess it's because the aquisitions aren't done yet. like I said you need to do some better DD

here, I'll give you a little help

on 11/12 they pr'd the reduction in the AS to 650 mil. AS was 10.5 bil, thats a reduction of 9.85 bil

on 11/13 nevada SOS posted the action

on 11/14 they PR'd a reduction in the OS of 200 mil reducing the OS from 520 mil to 320 mil, which was confirmed by watson and later the TA.

thats where we are at now, cept we now have some restricted shares added to the OS from last aquisition.
