Some how expecting accountability makes an investor a "cry-baby". NO! If you pay to play you have every right to question any activity or inactivity of a public company.
That's why there are regulations, thoughh rarely enforced.
That is the problem with publicly traded companies; they want the benefit of investors' money, but don't want to answer for stewardship of that trust.
