Why, in the name of all good graciousness, do you people buy pink sheets stocks and expect the rules to change just because you're suddenly a shareholder? There is absolutely no accountability and absolutely no statutory requirement for disclosure or accountability. If you think that's going to change just because you come here and whine like a bunch of babies you're dead wrong.
IGTP/LIGATT is a pink sheets traded company just like it was when you bought it. Nothing has changed and nothing is going to change as it relates to IGTP. The CEO will tell you what he chooses when he chooses. The TA will not reveal share structure. You'll see no quarterly reports. The symbol change will happen when FINRA is danged good and ready to make it happen. Deals will be closed when they're closed.
