Ummmm, you might try using the voice mail system...in 2009 many people find it works very well. IR will return your call as many, many others have attested to.

I have called several times and have yet to "get right through". I have had to leave a message every time- but have been called back sometimes in minutes, and no more than 4 hours.

Did you ever think they don't answer the phone because they have other things to do? It's a glorified answering service. You leave a message, and they get back to you when they have time? I don't understand what is suspicious about that ....
