Lucky if we channel. Since they been dumping at the bid (dang bid wacking) they been knocking the pps down. That hasn't been responsible selling inho.

We knew everything except for the fact that there is still 260k USD to be diluted/sold, correct?
Does he only have until 5/12 to do it - a "use it or lose it" scenario? If so, 25 trading days left = 2 million + per day? lol - that might actually be a decrease from what we were seeing for awhile there.
Does he even have control over the future sales or does the company that is listed on the 504 have control?

Wonder if the investors hold it? Then they are not dumped? If I could I would by 250,000 worth and hold for a few years.

If we read carefully, the date was September 2008 so I'm assuming that the dilution is near an end here...They have been going at a pace of about 250,000 shares ON AVERAGE (which means that there could be days they dumped 1 million in a day and others where they dumped 10,000 shares, averaging to roughly about 250K a day).

I think this is going to end soon and I wont be surprised if the end of dilution coincides with the announcement of some BIG news to take this stock to higher lows! All IMO of course
