He can still dilute for another $260k USD with shared discounted to market. So, if he sells them at half a penny, then we're looking at about another 52M shares to sell. He's nearly maxed out his dilutive effort and dumped 1M USD of shares on our heads once he sells the remaining 260k USD worth of shares.

Looks like we'll be channeling for awhile.
