Mgt is not stupid...they're not going to buy at any level just to "temporarily" prop up the price. History and the crappy mkt say's we are headed lower imo.
As a shareholder I hate to see the price declining so I want the management to use the buy-back money to support the price regardless at what high level it has reached. If I were the management however I would probably use some of the money to provide support but I would probably be more opportunistic and wait to buy as many shares as possible without allowing the price to fall bellow a certain level.
