your really reaching on that one. Scanbuy DOES NOT have a chance in hell on winning this court case, the best they can hope for is a reasonable $$$ settlement that won't put them into BK, PLEASE save the gloom and doom post for another board as there is too much good happening with our company right now and in the very near future. TIA

Robo, I was there

It was me who John Hintz, Esq., of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr, LLP was addressing. Mr. Hintz was essentially being sarcastic when I indicated that I was a long time NeoMedia shareholder. He said that he offered me his condolences. Unfortunately Mr. Hintz is not well versed with his clients current financial state of affairs or the fact that they are now backpeddeling at a feverish pace to regain open standards bodies positioning. I personally wouldn't pay it any mind...its all fair game and part of playing hard ball in Manhattan, which I know well. Also, I'd be curious to know whether Stephen K. Smith decides to renegotiate Mastheads hurdle with Mr. Jonathan Buckley this week or decides to pull the proverbial plug. That said, Mr. Hintz would be do well to submit his billing promptly and without delay.

All the Best, JP

It was said with a smile on his face and with out a doubt a hint of sarcism.

Both of them looked like they did not want to be there and were more than happy to leave!!

They were very much aware that Neom had just had the patients upheld.

Have already worked out my schedule to be back in two weeks.
