I can just see John Hintz..running out of the court room like OJ Simpson in the old Hertz commercials, and texting his accounts receivable dept! Pleasssssseeee, submit bill ASAP nothing on credit...better get something now as opposed to 15 cents on a dollar in a few months!
I have to believe that Scanbuy's owners (mainly VC funds) are looking at these court cases and asking some serious questions about whether it makes any sense to continue. Licensing Neom's tech now minimizes risk (and cost) and allows Scanbuy to tango on.
Waiting for a court decision is a high risk crap shoot with the odds in favor of Neom.
