juk, its hard to imagine, at least in my mind with the technology, and talent that actc has that they should be considered to be at the same level (skull and xbones) as another entity you and i are familiar with that just suffered the same fate. i would imagine pinksheets just has some kind of time limit they allow companies not to report or whatever then they throw the warning on. i.e., i really dont feel actc is a scam company, or is doing illegal stuff like some of the other skull jobs out there. in fact, suffice it to say i feel this company is going to come forth with some positive p.r., and or finance, something to get out of the whole, and increase s/p. i say this without backing, so take it for what its worth.

someone PM'd me about your statement below. Somehow I missed it yesterday, sorry. First of all, my personal decision to wait the reporting dilemma out until the mid-end of May was made last June when ACTC went pink. The first qtr filing for 2009 is due mid May which makes official one full year without reporting, that is my personal "line in the sand" and nothing else. The "60 days" you speak of is greek to me, I have no such knowledge of any deadline like that.


I can not remember where I read it about Advanced Cell needing to be uptodate no later than 60 days after 3/31/2009, but it was probably here? Being that Rocky has said he is cutting out at the end of May 09 with ACTC if there is no reporting tells me I am right?
