IMO Advanced Cell and the I/R firm KNEW that the Caveat Emptor was going to take place. www.pinksheets.com does not just say Oh Well Your done with out any notice. That day a couple weeks back when a poster Caled the I/R firm and Dan said he knew nothing about it? NOT true just a blatant lie.


I can not remember where I read it about Advanced Cell needing to be uptodate no later than 60 days after 3/31/2009, but it was probably here? Being that Rocky has said he is cutting out at the end of May 09 with ACTC if there is no reporting tells me I am right?


This is unfortunate. :{ I am caveat emptor Pirate sailing the high sea's looking for a CPA to help Advanced Cell Technology with it's Books!!!!!!!!!!
