The dividend was not relying on what the share price was at the time of the payout.

Get your facts straight.

Besides, they also got the dividend for stock they owned.

Even on the full count of 500,000,000 authorized shares, if all were spoken for that would be 500 million x .001 or $500,000 payout for the dividend.

Not enough to break the company.
