Rogers was hired by Virtra twice. Big mistake as I posted about in the Ihub at the time.

Elected Chief Financial Officer of VirTra Systems, Inc. in March, 2006 in order to guide through a proposed acquisition (remember this fiasco?). Returned full time to Investment Banking in July, 2006 (4 months), remaining available to VirTra in a consulting capacity. Left/fired from "Cap Net" to return to Virtra, using it as a stepping stone to a new job 3 months later. Dalby thought this guy was fishy too.

7 months total in two jobs. Rogers has little to nothing to offer this board, IMO

It would be inappropriate for me to comment on things within VTSI during my association with them. I have no problems with anything portrayed in the financial statements under my watch.

I don't have to be fair and balanced. I can take a contrary opinion to the lemmings who think that the absence of what I perceive as an accounting tool has fooled the collective wisdom of the capital markets all these years and that the price will now soar because the market doesn't care about cash flow in a fifteen year old company.

I left VTSI about the time that Kelly did, but continued serving Perry Dalby during the transition and when after six months he didn't find a CFO, I rejoined. Somewhere in the next few months I got "fishy" to quote Felix. I was fired.

You and everyone else have yet to meet someone that didn't leave Virtra under any circumstances for a better deal.
