The change in judges did not have a turnover. New judge likes email and so he sends out the information to only ScanBuy's attorney. Maybe the judge thought that ScanBuy's attorney would talke to NeoMedia's?

My opinion: NeoMedia and ScanBuy CEO level discussions are occurring on a settlement. It's easier and faster.

I agree with CLAWMANN. We need to get rid of NeoMedia's current GC.
