I find it incredible to believe that the only representation from Neomedia was JP and Relaywing. How could two I-Hubbers know the time and place and not the Company's counsel?? That doesn't jive with me.

I'm also skeptical of the judge's use of email only and NeoMedia not being aware of this pretrial. Also, isn't April 17 the date for the Scanbuy v NeoMedia Texas trial?

If they read this board they would have known from Success's posts what day and time this was scheduled for.lol. Does no one in the lawyer's firm check Pacer updates? This just is ridiculous that professionals on both sides handle business this way. I agree with Clawmann, get an in-house legal guy. I don't think the pps went south because of the pre-trial goof. More likely the delays in 10K and then the CC and lack of news. JMHO. Sure makes NEOM the dunce here and Scanbuy look much more on top of things. Hopefully it's because they are so darn busy signing contracts that the legal guys were distracted. Not really excusable though. Cj
