So actually the 80% stake that Juina Mining Corp (Pinks : GEMM) had in the Yellow River Mining SA with the Yellow River Gold mine that is active is just now a revenue based mine for UCAD instead of GEMM.

25% stake in the Smeaton Kimberlite Property (with carolyne pipe)
80% of the COD mines of El Captain Precious Metals Inc.
through Juina Mininge Corp they have a stake in "The Property 1000" (GEMM has 49% intrest in Juina Mining Mineraco Ltd that on his own has a 86% intrest in " The property 1000")
7% of all the CMKX claims
