Actually I'd like to believe JPM has amazing attorneys on it's side. It's just JPM Is so far into a corner it's very hard for an attorney to find a way for JPM to correct the damage it has already done. The attorneys know JPM is F*** they are trying to play stupid and stick to "we didn't know" so they can use the term "GOOD FAITH" as a legal loophole to avoid punitive damages and such.
If there are no more discussions going on for a while or no new court documents to view, then I think I am going to grab my pom-poms and cheerlead for a while.
