It will move when the market makers stop manipulating the stock period. Today is a good example. But as I said last night time is on our side, they only have so many days to cover before the 20th or they will be responsible for putting our UCAD dividend in our accounts and it is absolutely impossible for them to do that. They should be in jail for what they do.
