I have a question...besides the wording about the restricted shares, is this anything besides what we really expected?

We knew we were getting another ID protection provider and we knew that we would not get any financial numbers...why do so many people seem shocked by the PR? We got exactly what Watson said we would, exactly when he said we would...

Though I would like a further explanation of those shares used.
