Pinksheets.com is usually inaccurate for company information as the company pays for
the data to be added. For instance, on EFFC, the legal counsel is no longer BCF as
they have brought suit for non-payment of legal fees, Andrew Barwicki is no longer
the IR firm for about 6 months now, the shares and market cap info are a hodge podge
of mixed dates so that investors can't get a true picture of the share status and
it doesn't help that the transfer agent is gagged.
