I think microsoft is really waiting for AMD to get its act together...when AMD can manufacture 10+ million A64 processors starting in the end of Q1 05 I think the 64 bit OS will be released...why should Microsoft screw themselves over going into the major earnings section of the year when AMD can only produce 5% of the 64 bit market...I think its just common sense at this point...microsoft has sufficiently stimulated the market by saying it will convert over to 64 bit by the end of 05 and saying
AMD's processors will be fully supported...like I said AMD in 05 will start to look really good as I think the new fab will have 90nm...time to buy when all these tech stocks are scraping their asses on the floor...;>)
