How about the company giving some reason and confirmation that it's cost effective, rather than a vague suggestion? Why wordsmith the press release?
Oh, that's right--the company likes indirection as well as building 'dead-ends' so investors can't follow up on anything.
They read this board, people ask who Simco is, why so much silence? Surfguy stated that Chad Curtis asks him to post certain information on this board, why nothing there? Nothing but suggestions from the company.
Remember they also specifically said they were trying to minimize dilution. An 800% increase in outstanding shares in the past year is apparently what they want to paint as 'minimal.'
Watch your backs on this stock. There's a really high risk of fraud here, not only because of the warning signs with the communication from the company but also with the past and present ties to fraud.
