Are you saying that there has NEVER been a reason other than dumping? Is that a FACT or YOUR OPINION? If that is a fact, please show proof. And if it is your opinion, please state so and move on. We have been given another reason, and I for one, tend to believe that reason more than your opinion (if that is all it is).
