Show me a company with a gagged TA that has not. I can name a plethora that have and know of none that have not. Sorry but there is no legit reason to hide share structure from investors. It is dishonest and the biggest and baddest RED flag of warning in the pinks. Been proven a thousand times before and will be a thousand more.......
