If there was a dilution going on, Jared would have announced it publicly. Just like the last time. He is not the one to play games with the investors. His historical behavior towards the investors speaks for itself.
It means the company is hiding the share structure and the only reason they ever hide the share structure is to dump shares, that is tried and true. It may not be this moment and it may not be tomorrow but with a gagged TA it is assured at some point.
