Granted, Whistles, but what would be the point of selling off 300M shares? It's not like Jared's going to skip town (I dunno, maybe he will, but I doubt it). He's in pretty deep with the Lees, Allie, others ...

If he's diluting the stock, he's only going to suffer in the end. It's going to ruin his credibility, the pps is going to plummet when we find out (and we WILL find out), so I don't see why he would do it.

It seems to me Jared has much more to lose by diluting the stock than he has to gain. With that said, I agree that gagging the TA sounds fishy.
