ABCFEFG has claimed it would be a problem if there was any further dilution and that Jared would not blow the partnerships he has in place by diluting their investments in EESO. I tend to agree.

Gagging a T/A, in general, is NEVER a good idea...

It causes all kinds of speculations, EVEN IF the company did it for a VALID reason...
