"The contract was entered into between (Star Towers, Inc. in association with Dow Chemical) and Enzyme Environmental Solutions late last week."

...with the "and" separating the two parties.

If dow was the buyer, and I'm not saying they are, they for sure would want to overlook & approve any and all contracts eeso enters into.
