Great find Rickbeth, This backs up my post a while back about CRAM Kyptonite. People will cheat the system, even if it will cost them or others their lives.
CRAM is the solution to that problem.
Will people try to tamper with it??? yes.
Will people sue saying that their privacy is being invaded??? yes (they will lose b/c they are not forced to work for a company that mandates CRAM)
Major major uproar when you're talking about tens of thousands of truckers that will lose their jobs or at least take a significant pay cut b/c their hours will be severely limited.
