Yeah, I saw that right after I posted. I was just responding to the topic on hand, and that was the total amount issued.

Actually it says this

"The closing of this equity offering shall occur immediately after the consummation of the merger of Ramses
Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Issuer, with and into Rohm and
Haas Company, a Delaware corporation."

That could mean the offer will close once the Rohm deal is finalized... not that this is the Rohm and Hass deal am I wrong here?
