Volume drop after move up is because of the awful spread (.0003x.0005). Once the MMs tighten the spread to .0003x.0004 or .0004x.0005 the volume will pick up again IMO. Of course if JEFF would truly leave the ask and not just bump up to the next price that could really cause a volume increase.
