One last thinking point. It doesn't matter why or how WM filed bk the fact is they filed leaving the common stock pretty much worthless.

Lets say that against all odds they win the lawsuit. Do any of you really think they will pass any of that money to the common? If the award allowed them to emerge from bk do any of you think they would honor the pink sheet stock? Why would they not turn around like the others and have another offering therefore making more money for theirself.

I know most of you think I have no clue whats going on here so just for fun see if you can find one company that filed bk that later honored their stock from pink sheets.

I also know that some will say this case is different. Read the other boards from bk companies and they are all saying that their case is different.
