"Presalt" wells not always so remote a possiblity these days - recall the pop in the stocks of BP, Chevron and Devon a couple of years ago when the Kaskida discovery in GoM was announced.

"Presalt" wells are tough to drill and wells often appear difficult to produce but the potential is pretty good and success rate been good if one has the stomach / deep pockets for it.

All is moving fast and would not rule it out (even at 62, LOL).

Yes spp does not to seem to understand at all that investors DO NOT look that far forward. Maybe a few oil companies look that far forward but there is a big difference between oil companies looking that far forward and investors doing the same. I'd love to see some added value for that play, but fact of the matter is investors are barely giving us any value for our JDZ assets so to think they would give us any value for an unproven play like presalt is laughable.
