agree miditieroil: in stocks..
it is the future of a company that we buy the stock for
in the first place, but more like a year or two as an investor, not 10-15 years out.
"buy and hold"...is a stragegy that worked 40 years ago maybe, but not so much in this day.
Although I do understand that some on this board have been with this company for 10-15 years already, and I sure hope that soon they will be rewarded with what they had hoped for back then?
It seems likely that we all will be rewarded soon. :-)
