ok if this is correct and you are in fact saying synthetica is actually forming part of this transaction, i would then humbly suggest that you might have your facts wrong

As far as I can tell MVDI, which is basically thwapr, becomes, thwapr inc, inside of the pxce shell...post transaction, then they change names and symbols but

Don't recall anything about synthetica in the corporate mix
