This is the second time you have called me out. Why? I know you have clue, but I will recap to answer your question anyways.
I was fired! I no longer work for the company. I came across documentation proving PA was operating the pit illegally. When I presented this in a memo to PA and management they quickly reminded me of the company "privacy security act" I signed. Therefore it is illegal for me to discuss company business without repercussions. Another words I haven't been given permission at this time. PA and co also made it clear that they are operating some sort of new business which in some sick way after being fired, I hope they are successful. After all I do hold shares still and I think we need change, so that is another reason why I have chosen to shut my mouth. You know what I know as far as that court case goes. The verdict and judgment is true which I believe Sand/Gravelguy posted. If the company is waiting till the judgment is paid before putting news out then my guess is it will be a little while. My guess, and my guess only is that the info has already been given to you, but you failed to believe it or see it, but it is what I believe which doesn't carry a lot of weight on this board. So we wait. I agree with you no bother selling now. The money isn't worth anything! Which is the reason why I have a hard time swallowing Roach's selling spree...
