i kind of like what you are alluding to. with the banks, and bad assets, and general b.s. gone..... WITHOUT any court settlement, what is wamu worth, asset wise, and nol combined?? that might be a happy medium to the government, and to jpm who may kick in as well. and to further that along, would they group in all the prefferreds, and everything.... so...i.e., X dollars value div. by how many shares ?? TIA !!!
