I'm pretty sure that for the last month or so we have just been soaking up all the outstanding shares from the dilution an hense no movement. There were quite a few of them. The dilution has stopped. the fact that this stock didnt move with all that volume turned people off of it. Which is going to change soon. soon it will start to move. I dont believe that they are going to slow down on the PR's they have a ton going on. all in my honest opinion. Good look to all.
