vg_future; you're asking for a form of self-censorship; i.e. to keep "potentially bad for IDCC" issues suppressed. Unfortunately, the "smart money and brains" (and I include Nok, IDCC, and their attorneys in this category) have a habit of being ahead of the smaller investors.
We are in danger of deluding ourselves if we think that we, as part-time analysts, can out-think the highly-paid and smart advisors to companies who have millions at stake.
IMO, if anything, most of Nokia's "tricks" have not come from this board but from themselves (e.g. intervention, unvacation, sub rosa, just to name a few).
Personally, I don't want my investment decision (in or out of IDCC) to be colored by rose-tinted viewpoints that don't consider all the issues; especially when we don't have clarity from KoP. Finally, remember the last arbitration with Samsung; what did IDCC get versus what investors were led to believe! JMO, JK
