revlis,
one thing is for certain: This company, idcc, has a ton of patents in the most exiting industry: WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS, but it is trading in the low 20's and it is kept there.

In fact this industry is so hot now and will be so hot for as far as we can see that everyone and their grand mother was to get into it...Microsoft, Google, palm, Apple,........
you know the story.

Revlis, until the Executives buy significant amount of shares in the open Market, then one can start to believe there might be a remote possibility of this Management team wanted to take company privately.

One other thing is that the poison pill is still in effect. I believe.

revlis, first off, I defer to the better-informed posters on this board when I say this. I don't think anybody currently associated with IDCC has the money to take the company private at a price that would 1) appeal to shareholders and 2) wouldn't be overbid by QCOM. robj

RRevlis, if I am not mistaken that is exactly what TC is calling for in his latest report... take the Company private.

I this how you read it?

Question....

Revlis:

Does this statement from the 8K mean Nokia may possibly never give up..

"The evidentiary hearing for the USITC investigation with respect to Nokia remains scheduled for May 26-29, 2009. A final Initial Determination by the ALJ is expected by August 14, 2009, and the Final Determination by the USITC is expected by December 14, 2009."

This is like the 12th of never now!
