When mm's make restrictions, they don't want the stock to move yet, until they cover IMO $$$$$$$$$$$ Use a different broker, I have Schwab, used to hate it, but its getting better, never had any restrictions, other than transfers, which if you set a limit of transfer, they will limit your transfer.
