HRCT has been in what you describe as "potentially the largest economy on Earth", which it isn't even close to being at this point, without noting that HRCT has been there for a decade with little to show for it.

I can't agree that HRCT is an "investment," it is a gamble and hasn't paid off after a looooong period of time. All of HRCT's businesses were considered "extraordinary" at the time HRCT went into them. And we all know the results.

Now we have our "investment" being cut in half.
