Jai: I just posted that originally, the judge stated that she would not allow NOK to have any of ERICY's trade secrets on pricing, etc. Now, it appears that these pricing and sales projections are becoming part of the arb and NOK wants the panel to have them. I assume that ERICY is considering the request but is seeking additional protective orders to make certain that neither NOK or their lawyers can use them in any future disputes. I would also assume that NOK is not going to get them per her original statements.
