Anyone knowing of a CEO lying to shareholders and not reporting it to the SEC is just as guilty as the one doing the lying. Standing by and doing nothing just isn't acceptable behavior. Anyone who's positive that they've witnessed deception by a CEO has the obligation to report it to the SEC and not just getting on message boards and screaming foul.
