Well, well what have we here. This is very interesting. The real question is what clues do we have as to what is going on. Let's see:

1. Multible new overseas partners

2. Significant 'shakes' by the market makers

3. New web site and marketing

4. Successful testing of the stratalite

5. New business and products

6. PR ABOUT SUCCESSFUL TEST THAT STATES THAT BECAUSE OF GTEL'S FINANCING OF SANSWIRES STRATALITE PROGRAM THE NEXT TEST FLIGHT WILL OCCUR SOONER THEN EXPECTED (which this could be the biggest clue of all and we all blew off that pr)

7. August marketing report (which if written by any company with an actual name would do well to send the stock higher). Not to mention a shareholders meeting around the same time frame.

8. Up coming financials which many hope would and could be GTEL's break out quarter that we have all been praying for.

9. I have been in GTEL for 4 years now and August has most always treated us well.

10. Predictions from Tim at GTEL that GTEL hopes to be able to apply to become listed on a larger exchange by the fall.

The only potential negatives that I can think of would be that GTEL has run out of money (hard to imagine seeing as they have recieved 15 million in loans this year. Even more so when are going around acquiring companies, forming new partnerships and expanding into new areas wouldn't you think?).

What if the financials are aweful? So what. Gtels last few financials have not exactly set the world on fire. Yet for some remarkable reason you haven't seen Tim and most of management go on a wholesale share selling spree. Trust me I have spoken to Tim and he is not the type to bail out until he has done what he said he would.

I am sorry for those of you that may not see what is going on but the only reason I would see this type of selling for a negative reason would that this company was getting ready to go belly up. I see no logical reason nor can I draw any negative conclusion why ALL of management would just suddenly give up and throw in the towel and sell their shares when they could have sold last week for much more. I doubt if they were looking to sell becacuse they knew the company was going down that they would actually wait for the stock price to fall first. This type of thinking is just senseless.

Fellow GTEL stockholders there is something big in the works. Maybe we are being bought out. Maybe we have come to a big deal or agreement. Maybe the stratalite is ready to begin the next test sooner then we could even imagine. Maybe the financials are huge. We have all the hints. We are getting ready to soar there is no doubt in my mind. If I wasen't already 'all in' I would sell my left arm to buy more tommorow. Those that don't see it and panic will be kicking themselves when we are looking down at them from the moon. Best of luck to us all.

I'm assuming that Tim'sotential sale of ALL of his shares is just a way for him to keep all his options open during the applicable period. QUESTION: If the Co. were to be acquired by another, and shareholders were offered either cash or shares in the acquiring company for their GTEL shares....could Tim sell all of his for cash if he hadn't made todays filing???
