and the normal way of doing it and how I would do it is .. Insiders bomb out the shares by the carload into the demand of the retail buyers and perhaps some short covering. This cashes them up BIG TIME. Then they take down a private placement from the company. This gets them shares back and the company gets the operating money for the field work and expenses. Fast, easy, legit and the way of choice being used in Canada to-day to finance junior companies. I put up a new pic for my signature in keeping with all this booze talk to-day. J'ever make wine the REAL way ?? Note the strides. What era ?? LOL.
