The goal right now is to diversify in the "deals" and to see what happens. My gut feeling is that something is bound to happen, either positive or negative. The goal is to limit the downside risk by limiting my companies to those that make money and are cheap and growing according to their statements. If it ends up that all of my companies are lying, then that's another lesson to be learned. I've been trying to figure out how difficult it is to fake 10-Q's and get exchange listed if you're not actually making money. Enron did this, and it is probably easier in foreign countries.
