it was dropped because of economic circumstances that did not support the demand for a gourmet(higher price range) pasta

They did not drop the idea completely, should the opportunity arise in the future they will follow it through.

I hope not. That stuff is great and will be a big seller once the economy turns around.

Plus, I think that they already have a ton of the product on hand ready to be shipped if they find a brick and mortar to sell it.
